The Pembrey Inn was established in 1825 as the Commercial Arms, the first landlord being Francis Randell whom Randell Square is named after. Prior to this, it was unnamed and just known as the Village Square. In the 1871 census, the pub was listed as the Commercial Inn, but it reverted back to the Commercial Arms by 1881 and kept that name until the premises were purchased by the family-run Felinfoel Brewery who renamed it the Pembrey Inn.

The Pembrey Inn is ideally situated for those wishing to tour the beautiful Carmarthenshire coastline and countryside. We are just a few minutes walk from miles of sandy beaches and the Pembrey Country Park. The Pembrey Race Circuit is a 5 minute drive from here. Sandra and I have more than forty-five years experience in the hospitality industry and acquired the Pembrey Inn to compliment our other hostelry, The Star Hotel in Llanelli. I am a passionate motor sports enthusiast, both motor bikes and cars. We are both dedicated fund-raisers for various charities and hold regular fun events. Sandra is a great organiser of these occasions and enjoys taking part in our pool and darts matches. We are committed to providing a safe, family-friendly environment with a relaxed atmosphere for our customers to compliment our excellent food, drink and accommodation.

We have an enclosed pretty garden area where you can enjoy a meal and a drink. There is also a smokers shelter. A large selection of draught beers (including cask conditioned), lagers, wines and spirits, is always available. For those who enjoy pub games, why not try your hand at pool or darts, or watch all your favourite sports on Sky.

On some Friday and Saturday nights we have live entertainment and during the summer months we hold barbecues and fun days for all the family. Please ask us for details.
